Jim Hayden brings over 25 years of leadership experience pragmatically solving complex problems and delivering tangible, bottom line results. The discipline, teamwork, communication, coordination and ability to “observe and adapt” flying fighter aircraft in the US Air Force are the foundation of what he brings to businesses today. Since leaving the military Jim has dedicated his time to leading and motivating tech-savvy teams in delivering business-critical technology solutions. His particular passion involves helping corporations improve their ability to successfully make and meet commitments by leveraging Lean-Agile values and practices. He has experience across finance/banking, retail, insurance, Application Service Provider (ASP), IT, B2B Web, government and non-profit industries as well as his extensive aerospace/avionics operational experience.

Besides holding a Bachelor of Science from US Air Force Academy, Jim has a Master of Aeronautical Science from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and a Masters Certificate in Project Management from the George Washington University’s School of Business. He is certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP), PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) Program Consultant (SPC) and Certified Scrum Master (CSM).
