Engagement Analyst

We’re seeking a recent graduate with a degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Operations Management, or related degree who is eager to hit the ground running and gain real-world experience directly with our Fortune 100 Transformation clients as an Engagement Analyst. If you like the idea of getting on-the-ground experience expanding your network and working alongside experienced consultants at every level of the business—even including face time with our executives—and having your work seen by our clients every day—we’d like to invite you to join our team.

As an Engagement Analyst at LeadingAgile, you won’t be relegated to meaningless busywork. Instead, you’ll collaborate with the engagement team to create and tailor artifacts and reference material used throughout our clients’ Transformations. You’ll be critical to enabling client teams’ implementation and use of metrics for continuous improvement. You will also work with our coaching team and client to appropriately represent the organization’s work hierarchy and processes for flowing work in the client’s Agile Lifecycle Management tool.

You’ll also help us create new offerings and services for our clients based on what you learn and create in your client engagements, using your creative ideas and problem-solving skills to bring new things to life.
